Erin Routly is a graduate from VCMT (Vancouver College of Massage Therapists, 2012) and the Canadian Acupressure College (2000).   She has been in practice for over 14 years with a strong foundation in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and massage for the pregnant client.

Erin creates a safe and supportive environment for her patients to bring them back to a healthy state of balance using a combination of Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, neuromuscular, acupressure, and MLD techniques.

Erin has had success treating many conditions for sports injuries, chronic pain, digestive challenges, joint pain, sport-related injury, and/or stress. It is her intention to create a treatment plan that helps meet the needs of each individual.  This is reinforced by providing home care and resources that patients can use to maintain function and begin forming new pathways of recovery. 

With an introduction in Manual Lymph Drainage she will be pursuing continued educational studies in the Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage which assists with primary and secondary lymphedema, circulation disturbances such as venous insufficiencies, burns, edema from sports injuries such as sprains/strains, and swelling from pre/post surgery.

When she is not in the clinic, she can be found outdoors enjoying the beautiful playground we have here in Vancouver with family, friends and community.  A love for yoga, tai chi and dance, anything that encourages her to move!
