Growing up, I always hoped to be a part of health care and have a positive impact on people’s lives. I was drawn to massage therapy because of its evidence-based practice, holistic nature and my interest in the human body. I am a graduate from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. I have been registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapist of British Columbia since 2014. I am also certified in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) by the Dr. Vodder School. I have developed a great passion for the benefits of Manual Lymph Drainage on the human body. This form of therapy is very light, rhythmical and relaxing. It aids the lymphatic system in clearing the body’s tissues of painful chemicals, excess fluid, and pathogens to speed up recovery. MLD is very helpful for acute/chronic injuries, primary/secondary lymphedema, sinusitis, digestive issues, skin conditions, pre and post-surgery, migraines and concussions to name a few. My massage practice is also influenced by techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue release, swedish massage, range of motion and stretching. I have a true passion for helping others and I am committed to creating a treatment plan that is best suited for your individual needs. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your goals.
I believe life is all about balance and when I am not at the clinic helping clients you will find me enjoying the healing properties of nature or enjoying some quality time with my family and friends.
