Michelle takes a client-centered approach, creating personalized treatment plans that cater to individual needs. Her sessions incorporate a blend of therapeutic techniques including Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue work, and more—designed to promote recovery and soothe the nervous system.

Certified in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT) through the Dr. Vodder School, Michelle is passionate about using these specialized techniques to assist patients with chronic conditions, acute injuries, and overall wellness.
